Want to help advance employment opportunities for women from East Jerusalem?

Lissan’s Mentoring Program connects women from our community with mentors who guide them through their first steps into the job market. This is a unique opportunity to share your professional knowledge and experience, open new doors, and support women in realizing their potential and career goals.

  • One-on-one mentoring for women entering the workforce

  • Using a structured program designed specifically for Lissan participants

  • Bi-weekly meetings over three months

  • Training and ongoing support for all mentors
