Lissan’s Mentoring Program connects women from our community with mentors who guide them through their first steps into the job market. This is a unique opportunity to share your professional knowledge and experience, open new doors, and support women in realizing their potential and career goals.

רכזת תחום הוראה
(פדגוגיה, חניכה והנחיה)
המנטורית של צוות ההוראה. הדמות המקצועית שמלווה את המורות והמורים המתנדבים, שומרת על רמה פדגוגית גבוהה ומעשירה את חומרי הלימוד.
מה התפקיד כולל?

ליווי וחניכת מורות: תמיכה רגשית, חברתית ומקצועית במורות והמורים המתנדבים, ושמירה על קשר שוטף איתם.

פיקוח פדגוגי: ביצוע תצפיות בשיעורים, מעקב אחר התקדמות הכיתות והחלפת מורות במקרה הצורך.

ניהול תוכן וידע: שליטה בחומרי הלימוד, עזרה למורות בבניית מערכי שיעור, מבחנים, מעברי רמה והתמצאות בדרייב.

פיתוח מתודולוגי: ריכוז וארגון חומרי ההוראה בדרייב ובניית מאגר פעילויות חווייתיות (משחקים, סרטונים, שירים).

שותפות בצוות המוביל: השתתפות במפגשים מקצועיים דו-שבועיים (ימי שלישי, 17:00-19:00), הכשרות ואירועי שיא של הפרויקט.
רכזת תלמידות
(חיבור, קהילה ולוגיסטיקה)
הלב הפועם של הפרויקט בקמפוס. הכתובת של התלמידות שלנו לכל אורך הדרך, והאחראית לכך שכל יום פעילות יתנהל בצורה חלקה ומזמינה.
מה התפקיד כולל?

ליווי אישי ושימור: שמירה על קשר רציף עם התלמידות, מתן מענה לצרכים שלהן ומעקב נוכחות כדי לוודא שאף אחת לא נשארת מאחור.

ניהול לוגיסטי בשטח: אחריות מלאה על יום הפעילות בקמפוס (מאירוח ופינות קפה ועד חלוקת כרטיסי סטודנט והודעות בכיתות).

מענה בזמן אמת: פתרון בעיות ואתגרים שעולים מצד התלמידות במהלך יום הפעילות.
