Expanding Hebrew Learning Through Community and Professional Partnerships
Lissan’s Hebrew for Organizations project builds partnerships with nonprofits, institutions, and educational initiatives across Jerusalem and beyond, providing practical Hebrew courses tailored to the specific fields, audiences, and needs of partner organizations.
Courses are taught by professional, paid instructors and are designed for diverse groups, including women, youth, and professionals, to expand access to practical Hebrew for everyday life, employment, and education.
Partnership with the Equalizer Group
The Equalizer Group works to advance social and values-based education among school students across Israel through football training and the operation of community learning centers.
Lissan has partnered with the Equalizer Group to develop Hebrew-language education tailored to youth participating in the organization’s programs. The collaboration focuses on adapting Hebrew instruction to participants' lived realities, learning environments, and social activities.
