From Hebrew to a Career: Professional Support for Women at the Start of Their Employment Journey
Lissan’s Yes, She Can Incubator for Professional Development supports participants and alumnae of Medabrot Ivrit - Women Speaking Hebrew as they take their first steps toward entering the workforce and building meaningful careers.
The incubator is designed for Palestinian women from East Jerusalem who have already acquired a foundation in Hebrew and are seeking to strengthen their language skills alongside developing professional competencies, confidence, and familiarity with the Israeli labor market.
What the Program Includes
Each cohort will include 9-12 women who participate in a focused, in-depth group process. The program combines:

Practical workshops tailored to the world of work
Workshop topics include, among others:
